The location is great, with beautiful surroundings and close to the Water Park, and the suite had amazing decor that made me feel like staying inside all day.

The hotel was close to the beach, which provides picturesque views and great photo opportunities, the island and eateries, shops, clubs and bars thanks to its unbeatable and super location. Thoroughly enjoyed the chic-style building and our cool room.

This is a hotel go-to for Playa d'en Bossa! the venue is clean, has views over the sea. - the rooms are brand-new and neat, with a private safe, a sofa bed, and central heating. - the food is brilliant. - Plus, the location is particularly good, minutes from Aguamar Water Park. - the area is excellent so close to the beach, which provides picturesque views and great photo opportunities and great beach clubs.

the staff did not speak any english so communicating with them was very difficult. Also we were only given one key for an apartment with 4 people sharing which is not ideal.

The pool and location

I read many reviews before booking this hotel and as many other people probably do I just thought this was mixed feelings and was nothing to worry about. Well I was wrong, the hotel staff were the most unfriendly and rude people we have ever met, noone speaks a word of spanish well this is what they say! Which is probably a great way to get away with robbing their own apartments which did happen to us on our first night. Blacony was locked and there was no forced entry and we double locked the door. When we returned the door was only locked once and all of our money phone and ipod had been taken. We then tried to speak to the staff and they did and said absolutely nothing. I honestly would say do not stay at these apartments.

I enjoyed the amazing view I had from my room overlooking the pool n the seal. Ps:always ask for a room with a view (if not find another hotel)

Peaceful and clean room with stunning decorations and efficient air conditioning.

This apart hotel is best value for money - located in the real center of the playa den bossa excitement (30m to the beach, 200m to the supermarket, 400m to bora-bora and other beach bars, 1km to Space and so on)! Enough clean room with kitchen, air condition, balcony, small tv. Nothing more needed for party-people!

a/C is only in the main room; in the bedroom we had to open the window. The room was not cleaned during all staying (4 nights), just towels were changed once.

It was unclean and several other guests room including my friends were robbed with no sign of forced entry!!

The swimming pool and the short distance from the beach. Ask for a sea view and you'll enjoy the hotel more I'm sure.

In my opinion unless you have a sea view the hotel is not very attractive. Our balcony was facing other apartments and didn't see much of the sun from there. The rooms were small. Also the neighbours were very noisy. We had read other reviews about this but took the chance. Luckily we were only booked for one night there and moved to a more attractive hotel next door.

The hotel was convenient to the airport as well as being close to the beach and restaurants of the area

Overpriced (€100 a night; should have been €20), just really, really tired rooms and layout made it v noisy

The room we stayed in was spotless, had a fantastic view, and even included a complimentary bottle of wine and a sofa bed.
